1. Select the color. Gold color is 14K Gold filled over 925 Sterling Silver. Rose Gold color is 14K Rose Gold filled over 925 Sterling Silver.
2. Enter the personalization box for Birth Flower.

1. All of our components are solid 925 Sterling Silver and nickel-free.
2. All items comes in a small jewelry box and you can also select Gift Wrap option and add a Gift Note during checkout.
HANDLING TIME
Production takes around 4 business days after you place an order. Bulk orders, custom requests and editing the design may extend the time frame.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
