- Pins may have minor imperfections such as scratches, or dips in enamel fill. These imperfections are usually difficult to notice unless viewed from up close.

- "What does B grade mean?"
B grade pins usually have one or more minor flaw such as dips/bubbles in enamel, discoloration, or rough linework. These imperfections are usually difficult to notice unless viewed from up close.
- "The pin I want is sold out. Will you be restocking?"
No, I do not restock pins once sold out. Production is very expensive, so I prefer to move on to new projects.
- "When will buyers receive these pins?"
Processing time is 2-3 days, plus shipping time.
"Can you hold a pin for me until I get paid?"
No.
