ABOUT OUR METALS:
*Brass is a base metals that will darken over time. Some like the patina that develops as it ages, but it can also be kept bright with a polishing cloth. Please note that some people with skin sensitivities may have skin reactions to these metals.
*14k gold fill is a fine metal. Gold filled means there is a thick layer of solid gold on the outside, bonded over the interior metal. It is much higher in quality than gold plated metal and it will not tarnish. Please note that fine metals are generally more suitable for those with skin sensitivities and most will not have skin reactions, but some may.

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
